October 2004 - Perry Slingsby Systems to Provide Triton® XLS to Canyon Offshore
Perry Slingsby Systems (PSS) has entered into a significant trencher upgrade contract with Canyon Offshore. The modifications will include an upgrade to 600 horsepower, a new software controlled pipeline riding system, and a high-powered trench eduction system. The completed system will incorporate the latest in deepwater trenching technology from Perry Slingsby Systems. The Triton® T600 system will be delivered in the first quarter of 2005 and will augment Canyon Offshore’s fleet of high-powered trenching systems, including the Triton® T750 Super Trencher, Triton® T500 and Triton® T200.
