Bruce Lokay
COO
Graduate of Florida Institute of Technology
Bruce Lokay's 25 years of hands-on experience includes 10 years in the commercial diving field as a diving supervisor and project manager, and following that, management roles in various US Navy and commercial hyperbaric and subsea related programs. He joined Perry Slingsby Systems, Inc. in 1990 to hold positions as project manager, Manager of Programs, Vice President of Sales and currently Chief Operating Officer.

Kevin Taylor
General Manager
BSC(Hons) in Control Engineering and MBA
Kevin Taylor has 20 years Engineering experience in control system design in the Oil & Gas, Marine and Defence sectors. Prior to joining Perry Slingsby Systems, Ltd. Kevin's role was as Sales and Marketing Director, involved in the Future Aircraft Carrier (CVF) and other major Defence projects. Prior to this he has held General Manager and MD roles in high technology manufacturing companies producing equipment and systems for the Oil & Gas Industry. Kevin is also a Chartered Electrical Engineer.

Rory Satterfield
Vice President - General Manager, Houston
Graduate of the Naval Nuclear Power School
Rory spent six years in the US Navy as a Nuclear Mechanic and Ship’s Diver. He joined PSSI in February of 1986 and has since enjoyed various roles, On Site Supervisor, Production Manager and latterly as a Project Manager for TXLS ROV Systems. Rory was promoted to Vice President in October 2005.

Mike Faby
Chief Financial Officer
BS in Accounting and MBA. Active member of Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
With over 18 years of experience in both public practice and private industry, Michael Faby also holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master of Business Administration, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Perry Slingsby Systems in 1992, he worked in public practice gaining industry experience with a diverse client background including manufacturing, engineering, defense contractors, and government contracts.

Jarrod Marsden
Financial Controller
Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants
Jarrod has been working within manufacturing/engineering industries in various aspects of Finance since the late 1980s, and he has a wealth of experience in this sector. After joining Perry Slingsby Systems in 1998 as the Company Accountant, has recently been promoted to Financial Controller in 2005.

Lou Dennis
Vice President - Programs
Graduate of Florida Institute of Technology-UT (1983)
With 22 years of experience in the Underwater arena, Lou entered the industry as a commercial diver before securing roles as both a Project Coordinator and a Production Manager with leading oil and gas companies. He joined Perry Slingsby Systems in 2000.

John Rhodes
Vice President - Sales
With 20 years of experience in the Subsea industry, John first entered the industry as in the commercial diving field. In the early years John gained experience with PSS Challenger, Triton and Recon systems. John joined Perry Slingsby Systems in 1996. While at PSS, he has held the position of Integration manager, Product Support manager and Project manager prior to assuming his current position.

With 20 years of design and project experience in UK, Italy and Norway in a wide range of remote control systems, instrumentation and offshore engineering. He has been with PSS group for seven years

Terry Lease
Business Development Manager - Simulation Systems
Graduate of Florida Institute of Technology - B.S. Ocean Engineering /NAUI Technical Diving Intstructor
Terry has spent the last 13 years creating software for use in many of the facets of the offshore O&G industry. He joined Perry Slingsby Systems in 2005 and has enjoyed working as a Project Engineer and Project Manager before assuming his current position.

David Gillies
Sales Manager
David joined PSS in 2004, having spent 22 years in the oil and gas industry. He has been employed in various roles predominantly sales, but he also has experience in generator testing and entered the ROV market in 1995 providing control vans and workshops.
